We want you to love your RENDR purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• To start a return, email us at omarabrahamgad@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at omarabrahamgad@gmail.com for a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

• Limited edition drops, discounted items, or gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
